Dear Ms. Knapp:

I had the most wonderful opportunity to see one of your most beautiful black and white shihtzus a few years ago.

He had the most sweetest disposition and one of the lovliest coats that I have ever seen in any show!

I wanted to inquire if the creme rinse; and or oils can be purchased in the American market? I have tried several but I have not found

many products to be even equal to the products that you have used.

Years ago, I invested in a clear liquid coat softner; but again, attended a few others, but did not find the same brand to replace.

I hope to invest in one of your shihtzus in my future. I so admired your excellent breeding of your shihtzu, Sultan, beautiful!

I had never seen a coat with the length of Sultan's in Texas shows. You have a beautiful website! Keep up the good work!

The coat was lucious and he was really a beautiful canine; and a pleasure to see a careful beautifully bred shihtzu. Your shihtzu

is one of the tops that I have seen in person, if not the best.

There's a really beautiful little Chuck, Walt Disney character, golden shihtzu. I thought it would be nice to contact you regarding

if your creme rinse is sold in my state, etc. and share this information with a show owner who owns "Chuck." A cute instructional video.

This is a fabulous shihtzu.
